Refund policy

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. GANDER PEPTIDES does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, and does not issue refunds, once an order has been placed and payment has been received. By completing checkout you expressly acknowledge and accept this policy.

1. Why all sales are final

Our products are sterile, temperature-sensitive, single-batch research materials. Once a vial leaves our facility we can no longer verify its storage conditions, temperature history or chain of custody. Returned material cannot be re-tested, re-certified or re-sold and is destroyed on receipt. Accordingly, no product may be returned, exchanged or credited for any reason, including change of mind, ordering the wrong compound, vial size or quantity, dissatisfaction with research outcomes, or a change in your research requirements.

2. No cooling-off period

Research peptides are perishable, temperature-controlled goods supplied for in-vitro laboratory use. They fall within the exclusions to the cooling-off right set out in section 42(2) of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002. No cooling-off or change-of-mind cancellation right applies to any order placed on this Website.

3. Check your order before you pay

You are responsible for confirming compound, vial size, quantity and delivery address before completing payment. An order may only be amended or cancelled if you contact us at info@ganderpeptides.com before it has been dispatched, and any amendment is at our sole discretion. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

4. Incorrect or damaged items

If we ship an incorrect item, or a vial arrives visibly damaged or with a compromised seal, notify us at info@ganderpeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery, quoting your order number and attaching clear photographs of the outer packaging, the vial and the batch label. Verified claims are resolved at our sole discretion by replacement of the affected item or by store credit. No cash refund is issued in any circumstance. Claims submitted after 48 hours, or without photographic evidence, cannot be assessed and will not be accepted.

5. Delivery, delay and non-delivery

Risk in the products passes to you on dispatch. Delivery estimates are indicative only and delay does not entitle you to a refund, credit or cancellation. If a parcel is not delivered, you must report it to us within 21 days of dispatch (South Africa) or 45 days of dispatch (international) so that a carrier investigation can be opened. Where a carrier confirms loss in transit, we may at our sole discretion reship the order once. We do not refund.

6. Customs, seizure and import restrictions

It is your responsibility to confirm that importation of research peptides is lawful in your jurisdiction. No refund, credit or replacement is given for products seized, detained, returned or destroyed by customs or any other authority, or for parcels refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you. Re-delivery, where possible, is at your cost.

7. Subscriptions and pre-orders

Subscription orders may be cancelled at any time to stop future deliveries. Charges already processed are final and non-refundable. Pre-order payments and deposits are non-refundable.

8. Payment disputes and chargebacks

Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a breach of these terms. We contest all disputes with full order, dispatch and delivery evidence, and we reserve the right to refuse future orders and to close the account of any purchaser who does so.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any right you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or other applicable law which cannot lawfully be excluded, including the right to receive goods that are free of defects. Where such a right applies it operates independently of this policy, and our obligation is limited, at our election, to repair, replacement or refund only to the extent that law requires.
