5.1. All sales are final. GANDER PEPTIDES does not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed and payment received. By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and accept this policy.

5.2. Due to the sensitive, perishable, and regulated nature of research peptides, products cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited regardless of the reason, including but not limited to incorrect orders, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product.

5.3. GANDER PEPTIDES is not liable for products lost, delayed, or damaged during transit. We strongly recommend that customers review their order carefully before completing payment.

5.4. By purchasing from this Website, you waive any right to a refund or return to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under South African law.
